The Pan Africa Union Conference (PAUC) is pleased to announce that the 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held at Bugema University, Uganda, from 2–6 September 2026, under the theme:

Strengthening PAUC Collaboration and Mission

The Annual General Meeting serves as PAUC’s premier governance and networking event, bringing together members, institutional representatives, and key stakeholders from across the region. The meeting provides an opportunity to review organizational progress, discuss strategic priorities, strengthen professional collaboration, and reaffirm our collective commitment to advancing the mission of PAUC.

Delegate Registration and Reservations

All member institutions are encouraged to confirm their participation as early as possible. Delegates are requested to make the necessary travel and accommodation reservations in good time to facilitate smooth planning and coordination.

Each institution is also kindly requested to submit the names and details of all representatives who will be attending the AGM. Early confirmation of delegates will assist the organizing committee with event planning, accommodation arrangements, accreditation, and the preparation of meeting materials.
